You are accountable for all the information you input into your Account, including the correctness of details and all charges that result from these payments. Cushy Pay shall not be responsible for any payment for an incorrect account or bill payment number. If money has been charged to your bank account or card and a payment/service is not offered by the service provider within 72 working hours of completing your transaction. You may inform us concerning the same from your registered email address. We shall analyze such incidents, and if it is identified that money was charged to your card or bank account without the delivery of the payment/service, then you will be reimbursed the money in twenty-one (21) working days from receipt of your e-mail. All refunds will be accredited to your bank account or card. Cushy Pay will have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the options as mentioned above. However, Cushy Pay disclaims any and all liability, including refunds, in the event of any error that arises from a failure in the applicable bank or Credit card service provider's network or system.
Suppose a payment has been wrongfully made and Credited to your Credit card account or bank account. In that case, CUSHY PAY & Cushy Pay reserves the right to initiate a refund through your bank automatically. By agreeing to these terms, you hereby accept to receive such a refund initiated by your concerned Bank, at the request of CUSHY PAY, to offset any incorrect transaction, Credit, or double payment made to your account. Once such transaction is processed, CUSHY PAY shall inform you of the same and the corrective action taken by CUSHY PAY to refund such payment.
Charges once paid cannot be refunded.
Refund will be processed to the original payment mode.
